For Norcal San Bernardino, Inc. and San Bernardino County Solid Waste Management Division Ludwig Engineering performed office calculations and aerial mapping control, staking of desilting basins, surface water drainage devices, access roads, scale houses, transfer stations; monitor wells and locate gas collection systems, provide earthwork quantities at the following landfill sites throughout the County: Baker, Barstow, Big Bear, Colton, Heaps Peak, Hesperia, Landers, Mid Valley, Milliken, Needles, Phelan, San Timoteo, Twentynine Palms and Yucaipa.
