Ludwig Engineering prepared the site design and improvement plans for a 35 acre commercial site with I-15 frontage. The proposed improvements include 320,000 square feet of building area, 1,600 parking spaces, and arterial street improvements on three sides of the project. The work included the architectural design of all the buildings, successful negotiation of the Development Agreement and Sales Tax Reimbursement Agreement with City of Hesperia.
